Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group has an illustrious history of excellence and community involvement since President Brian Holland co-founded the organization in 1996. Every year since 1998, Atlantic Bay has been voted the Best Mortgage Company in Hampton Roads cities by readers of the Virginian-Pilot. Also in 1999, Brian Holland received Old Dominion Universities’ Distinguished Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

In 2003, Atlantic Bay was chosen among “Inc. Magazine’s” top 500 fastest growing companies in the nation. In 2004, Atlantic Bay was acknowledged by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce as one of Virginia’s Fantastic 50 companies. The award is presented annually to small companies for their entrepreneurial success and contribution to Virginia’s economic vitality.

In 2007, the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors named Atlantic Bay its 2007 Affiliate of the Year, for the local lender’s dedication to building strong relationships with homebuyers, employees and Realtors. Your Community is Our Community

Atlantic Bay cares about the neighborhoods in which we all live, work and play. We are corporate contributors to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and proud supporters of events like the MS Walk, MS Bike Ride, and MS Respite Camp.

Atlantic Bay looks forward to the annual Angel Tree for the Elderly program. During the holiday season, we collect wish lists for area elderly from local Agencies on Aging. Then, together with the community, we shop to bring them holiday cheer.

Several Atlantic Bay Mortgage offices serve as drop-off locations for the Cell Phones for Soldiers program. Your donated cell phone equipment is recycled into prepaid calling cards for soldiers overseas, who use them to stay in touch with their families back home.
