1. Atlantic Bay was easy to work with and I could never say enough about how wonderful Joe was to work with. He answered all of may questions, was prompt with phone calls and always kept me informed with everything that was going on with my loan.

   He also went above and beyond when I had a devastating event happen to my family. During this process, my Mother’s house burned down. My Mom, sister, her husband, and their 3 children were all living there and lost EVERYTHING. Joe made phone calls to help with living arrangements for them, gathered donations, donated items himself, and most importantly showed genuine care and concern form both my family and myself during one of our greatest times of need.

   Joe is a wonderful man and if only everyone else could have the work ethic and personal ethics and morals he has proven to me he has, this world would be a much better place.

   I will never allow anyone I know and have any influence on whatsoever to go anywhere but to Joe when they are in need of any possible mortgage assistance. He is truly an exemplary employee and I have no doubt this is the first letter of praise he has received nor will it be his last.
