Biography:

A Norfolk native, Joe graduated from Maury High School and then from Old Dominion University with a BSBA in Accounting. He is married and has two children. After 12 years as a CPA, he began his career as a Mortgage Consultant with Atlantic Bay in 2002 and earned the “Rookie of the Year” title in his first year. He has been recognized as a President’s Club winner every year since 2003 and continues to average $1.8 million in loans a month.

Joe is well-versed in all types of loans including conventional, FHA, VA and VHDA. He utilizes his CPA background to identify the loan program that best suits his customer’s situation and is often able to save them thousands of dollars over the term of the loan. Even if you have less than stellar credit, Joe is prepared to guide you along the way to realize your dream of owning a home. As a former CPA, along with his years in the mortgage business, Joe will be able to help you understand your credit score, what affects your score and how that relates to you buying a home.
