Biography:

Being raised on a dairy farm in central Carroll County made it easy for me to want to get out and see the rest of the world. Or so I thought. I tell most people that I spent the first 18 years of my life trying to get out of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the next 7 years trying to find my way back. After graduating high school in 1992, I enlisted in the U.S. Army where I accomplished my goal of traveling and seeing other parts of the world. I then entered college in Nashville TN in 1996 where I studied Agricultural Education and met Melissa whom I married in February of 2003. I continued to live and work in Nashville after college for almost 2 years before returning to Carroll County. I’ve been a Mortgage Consultant with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group since September of 2000. I have worked in several different markets since joining Atlantic Bay but I found that Southwestern VA is the best place for me, my wife and our 2 beautiful children.
