Biography:

Scott Walthall is a native of Virginia Beach graduating from First Colonial High School. He attended University of Massachusetts and was awarded a degree in accounting from the school of Business Administration. Fulfilling a desire to serve his country, Scott became a Navy pilot flying the A-6 Intruder.
