Snug Harbor Development is an award winning, infill developer of unique real estate with an ecological bent. Founded in 1991 by A. R. (Rick) Gregor, Jr. it has worked on projects in the coastal regions of Virginia and North Carolina. Projects have ranged from smaller tract housing up to million-dollar custom homes on waterfront sites. Its moniker was adopted from its original development project of a small marina in the inner city of Norfolk; Snug Harbor Marina, into four waterfront homes. In the past decade and a half Snug Harbor Development and its various partnership entities have been responsible for the construction and development of hundreds of units, both residential and commercial in the mid Atlantic region.
