Teresa Stockdale describes herself as a true Myrtle Beach local. She knows the community and the people and has been helping dreams of home ownership come true for both residents and newcomers since 1984.
Teresa entered the finance and mortgage industry straight out of college and has been in the business ever since. “This is all I’ve done my entire life and I love it. I get so much personal satisfaction from helping people,” Teresa says. “I build relationships with buyers and industry professionals that last for years to come.” While she helps all types of homebuyers, she especially enjoys assisting first time homebuyers, retirees, and vacation home buyers.
Knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond, Teresa’s genuine love for her clients is evident from the start of the process to the closing. “I treat them the way I’d want to be treated,” Teresa says. This may involve explaining the transaction until it’s thoroughly understood, answering every question, going over documents with them, or just being kind and comforting. “I have their best interest at heart and do all I can to make their process as smooth as possible.” Teresa supports her community through Socastee Baptist Church and The American Heart Association.
