Carol Duermit brings more than 30 years of industry knowledge to help guide homeowners in Western North Carolina through the mortgage process. She spent 11 years as a REALTOR® prior to beginning her mortgage career where she feels inspired on a daily basis.
Carol’s approach to assisting her clients prioritizes two elements: fostering a relationship, and facilitating an educational experience.
“I’m going to get all the information that I can for my clients, and I’m not just going to concentrate on what their plans are right now,” says Carol. “I also want to know what their long term plans are. I want to approach this mortgage situation from a viewpoint of not just solving the short term.”
So many of her clients have become close friends. Carol keeps conversations light-hearted and keeps her clients feeling confident, on track, and energized throughout the mortgage process.
“We can keep our eye on the prize and focus on the joy of homeownership and that it’s going to be awesome,” Carol says.
