Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group® is excited to welcome Mortgage Banker Emily Coulter to the Charlottesville, Virginia branch location. She has more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage/finance industry. Her career began at a bank where she was promoted from a personal banker to a mortgage loan officer in 2015. She quickly realized her passion for guiding homebuyers through the loan process and hasn’t looked back since.
She says, “I enjoy seeing the excitement on every one of my client’s faces when we go to close on their home. I do what I do because it is an honor to be a part of the reason families can reach their homeownership goals. I provide a very boutique experience. My clients always come first, and my goal is to make each client feel like they’re my only client. I do my best to make it a fun experience by providing little surprises throughout the process. Most importantly, I make sure my clients feel comfortable and know I am there every step of the way.”
Emily has helped more than 350 families get settled in their dream homes. Whether her clients are first-time homebuyers or seasoned real estate investors, she finds the best loan options for every client’s unique needs. She is an active member of Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® and Blue Ridge Home Builders Association. She is passionate about the Albemarle Housing Improvement Project. In her spare time, you can find her riding her motorcycle or dirt bike, gardening, crafting, and cooking. She enjoys downtime with her husband, Tim, and their two dogs, Merle and Gunner.
