I’m here to help homebuyers achieve their goals. I’ll walk them through the process from start to finish. That’s really what it’s about.
Kasey Sutton grew up in Richmond and knows the local housing market very well. Since starting his career in finance and mortgage in 2003, he’s helped over 1,000 clients purchase homes, invest in properties, and improve their credit scores.
Kasey starts every initial conversation with his clients by asking them what they’re trying to accomplish. From there, he finds a way to make it happen for them. This can involve researching to find the best product for them, coaching them to show how they could buy a house if they just improved their credit a little, or taking proactive steps to save the day when a baby comes early and disrupts the scheduled closing and moving date.
Kasey’s approach is always hands on. He stays on top of things and keeps everyone informed. He says, “I walk my clients through the entire process from application to the closing. I also traditionally attend my closings to ensure that if there are any last minute questions, I’m there to answer them. I never want a client leaving the closing table with unanswered questions or concerns.”
