Atlantic Bay Lands in Pittsburgh With Hire of Jessica Blake

Jessica joins Atlantic Bay as our Producing Area Manager for the Pittsburgh, PA market – the company’s first foray into the city and surrounding areas.

Jessica most recently served as the Mortgage Area Sales Manager for a national bank in Pittsburgh, leading a team of loan officers in all aspects of their daily sales operations. “My team was accountable for generating new business and submitting quality loans,” she shared. Entering the industry in May 2010 through the University of Nebraska Omaha College of Business Administration, Jessica quickly became an experienced mortgage professional. “I was a loan officer for a decade in Pittsburgh and my hometown of Omaha, NE. I implemented new system projects for point-of-sale and loan operating systems to help sales teams generate business more efficiently. I’ve also worked in business development to develop the brand with industry partners.”

Now, as Atlantic Bay’s Producing Area Manager, Jessica will promote the company’s niche of lending peace of mind to the home loan process by hiring, retaining, and growing Mortgage Bankers and expanding the brand into Pittsburgh and greater Pennsylvania. “I enjoy educating others about our industry, helping borrowers achieve homeownership, and maintaining connections throughout their wealth-building journey in real estate. I always attend closings to see the excitement on their faces, whether they have a new home now or a second home or investment property to enjoy. All of it is extremely rewarding to be a part of.”

Jessica is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwestern PA, REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, and the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP). She enjoys taking time to travel and see family, cheering on her Cornhuskers, taking walks outdoors, and spending time with her kids as they develop their sports passions – inline hockey, basketball, flag football, baseball, and dance. She lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband Jacob and three children – Alan, Declan, and Evelyn.
