A little more about me.

Let’s list, learn, and launch steps to reach your goals. We’ll walk side by side – every step of the way – before, during, and after buying. Even once you close, I’ll be there to help!

I started my mortgage career in 2018 after leaving the commercial trucking industry. I was in the process of purchasing my second home and just absolutely loved my lender. I shared that I’d love to do what she did, and the next thing I knew, her company needed an assistant, and the rest is history.

Starting in the passenger seat while learning from some of the industry’s best before becoming licensed myself helped me tremendously. Today, I assist Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Louisa, Powhatan, and Goochland borrowers through one of life’s biggest purchases. Whether they’re in a transitional period, buying for the first time, buying a newly constructed home, moving with a family, or going through a divorce, I’m always one phone call away! I know how intimidating these events can be, but I find endless joy in helping people through the transitions and making the homebuying journey a little less stressful.

And how do I know buying can be stressful? Because I’ve lived it! I’ve bought three homes (one of which I built) and own a rental while being a working mom of three. And when I was a kid, my parents bought and sold 13 houses! The typical person buys 3-5 houses in their lifetime. I’ve seen, done, and been a part of the homebuying process so many times that it's truly become part of who I am as a person.

But outside of mortgages and real estate, I love doing labor-intensive activities. You’ll find me messing around on my husband Brandon and I’s small farm on the weekends – building gardens, fences, chicken coops, or goat pins. After a long day’s work, I unwind with a good book and hammock on the backside of our nine acres. I guess you could call us – plus the kids Levi, Layla, and Lennox – small hobby farmers!

Are you ready to get started? Reach out today and share your “why.” Why are you buying? Why now? Hearing people’s stories and their “why’s” is one of my passions. I’ve closed hundreds of loans that other lenders have denied or turned away in the past. Digging deeper into the “why” behind the application helps me understand motivation and propose methods for achieving their homeownership goals.

So, what’s your “why?”
