My boys had their first lemonade stand ...

It’s amazing what you can do when you re-create a memory from your childhood. We ended up having many of our neighbors congregating in our front yard around the stand and our boys even landed on the Radford City Police Facebook page – in a good way of course! Everyone had a great time and it ended up being a talking point for many of our friends and neighbors.

Whether it’s recreating memories from our younger days, coming up with new ideas, or just having a place to tie our memories to, this is much more common (and safe) when owning your own home. I have the honor of being able to help people feel good about where they are – setting them up for greater financial success, providing pride in home ownership, and reaching out to their communities in ways that aren’t otherwise possible.
