A little more about me.
There’s nothing quite as satisfying as helping folks realize the American dream of homeownership.
Bob Gold has been in the mortgage and banking industry for 14 years, and was the recipient of Mortgage Banker Rookie of the Year after his first year in the business with First Citizens Bank. He is licensed in North Carolina and is based in the Piedmont Triad of Greensboro, Winston Salem, and High Point.
Bob has helped thousands of homebuyers over the years and works with all types of buyers, but he specializes in first-time homebuyers and likes to find solutions for buyers who may require down payment assistance. “There’s nothing quite as satisfying as helping folks realize the American dream of homeownership,” he says. “Especially those who never thought it was possible.” He enjoys coaching clients through the mortgage process and translating confusing terms and concepts into simpler terms.
When he’s not working, Bob is involved in the High Point Elks Lodge, where he is a trustee on the Board of Directors and a past president. He enjoys vacationing in the Outer Banks with his wife of 20 years, Katherine, and his two sons Bobby, 17, and Brandon, 14, and watching his sons play golf.
