Ginny Phillips has been in the banking/mortgage industry since 2005 and knows that communication is a vital component of ensuring the mortgage process goes smoothly. She is committed to keeping her clients informed throughout the entire loan process. She joined Atlantic Bay in 2013 and is experienced in helping all types of buyers.

Ginny Phillips grew up in a military family and understands the pressure of meeting closing deadlines. She says, “Both my mom and dad were in the Air Force and we moved every three to four years. Having experienced what a military move means — how it works and how it affects the family — is not something you can teach. You have to live it. I love being able to share my knowledge with military buyers and give back in any way I can.”

Not everyone has the same mortgage goal. Asking the right questions helps to uncover what is most important to potential homebuyers. Ginny collects all the basic information from clients from the very first meeting. What is the buyer’s focus? Is it down payment? Is it loan balance? She says, “I think home buyers just want someone who is going to communicate with them and set proper expectations. From the very first time I sit down with clients, I listen, offer options and tell them exactly what’s going to happen step-by-step.”
