Open and honest, Grant Haywood started his career in the building/mortgage industry working with a builder while still in college. Experienced with Conventional, VA, USDA, FHA, Jumbo, and New Construction loans, he has developed strong relationships with realtors, builders and financial planners.

Grant Haywood knows that clients can’t always meet with a mortgage lender between nine to five, Monday though Friday. He says, “If you aren’t free to meet until after 5:00 or can’t come in until Saturday or Sunday, I am available to meet then. My clients are my number one priority. I am available when buyers are available. It’s my job to represent them ethically, openly and honestly.”

Grant also understands that clients need immediate answers to their questions. He says, “The line of communication is always open. Here at Atlantic Bay, I can talk to the one local underwriter that I work with on all my loans. Everything is in house. For my clients this means faster turn times, resulting in a hassle free mortgage process.”
