As an advocate for his clients, Kevin Cooke strives to be an excellent communicator who focuses on the best interest of the homebuyers, delivers news to them quickly and thoroughly and serves as their personal guide throughout the entire process from application to closing.

Kevin joined Atlantic Bay early in 2015, bringing over 14 years of banking and mortgage experience to serve Greensboro homebuyers. He says, “Clients are looking for a mortgage banker they can trust; one who looks out for their best interest at all times. They want someone who can be available for them when they have questions or concerns to help them feel comfortable and confident with the decision they are making.  The mortgage process can be incredibly complicated and my job is to make sure the experience feels good for them.”

A person who delivers on his promises, Kevin says, “I like to meet all of my clients face to face if possible.”  Our first meeting should be about them and what their goals are. It is based on these goals that we construct a mortgage plan tailored to each homebuyer’s needs.  Everyone will have different mortgage needs and to make sure I find the best options for each individual, I must understand where they are coming from and what they are trying to accomplish.  We talk about what kind of experiences they’ve had in the past and what their focus is going forward.  I also try to understand any concerns they have at the beginning of the process so I can best address those from the start. I want to ensure I understand who they are and what they want so I can deliver the best possible results for the client.”

He says, “I spend a good bit of time making sure that I have a vast knowledge of all available programs so that I can guide my clients in making the best personal decision.  I also work hard to understand all mortgage guidelines and regulations to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
