Team Stowe & Yawn brings together two professionals who share a people-first approach to mortgage lending and a commitment to putting clients at ease.
Tammy Stowe began her mortgage career in 2004 and quickly discovered a passion for helping people buy homes, leading her to transition into the business full-time after 22 years in another role. She treats each homebuyer the way she would want to be treated herself, with a strong focus on service, flexibility, and making the homebuying experience as positive as possible. Tammy especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and is always willing to meet after hours or on weekends to ensure her clients feel supported from start to finish.
Jordan Yawn shares that same commitment to respect and service. After six years as a teacher, he joined Atlantic Bay with a people-first mindset and a strong focus on customer care. He works with buyers throughout the Charlotte area and Columbia, South Carolina, and finds the most rewarding part of the job is seeing clients go under contract and receive the keys to their new home on closing day.
