With more than 30 years in the mortgage industry, Angela Whiteford brings a true “from-the-ground-up” understanding of lending to every client and partner she serves. Having worked in operations, processing, closing, and underwriting, she offers clients and referral partners the experience, communication, and guidance needed to navigate the home financing process with confidence. Over the years, Angela has helped countless families achieve their homeownership dreams while building lasting relationships rooted in trust and care.

Angela is passionate about educating her clients and making the mortgage process feel personal, approachable, and even exciting. She especially loves celebrating first-time homebuyers on closing day, while also helping growing families, move-up buyers, and downsizing homeowners confidently step into their next chapter. Her clients know she listens carefully, puts their interests first, and is committed to providing excellent service from application to closing.

Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia, and Alabama. Angela is thrilled to now have her daughter, Bailey, working alongside her as a Mortgage Banker Assistant following Bailey’s graduation from Appalachian State University. Together, they are dedicated to providing exceptional communication, personalized guidance, and a seamless experience for every client and agent partner they work with.

When she’s not helping clients, Angela enjoys traveling, reading, working in her yard, and relaxing at the lake or beach. Most of all, she loves spending time with family — including her son Tanner and daughter-in-law Alyssa in Colorado, and of course Bailey.
