I’m Annie. Mortgage Banker by profession, part-time therapist by accident. If you’ve ever cried over underwriting, celebrated a clear-to-close, or needed someone to talk you off the ledge because Zillow convinced you that you needed a castle… I’ve been there and probably cried a little on your behalf.
I’ve spent close to a decade in the mortgage industry working with great teammates. I’m the kind of person who genuinely gets excited about spreadsheets, checklists, and the tiny details that make a transaction go smoothly from application to closing. So relax, I've got you covered. I'm a numbers gal, and I nerd out when I can save you money and check off boxes on your goal list. Organization is my work love language.
If you’re my client, there’s a decent chance I’ll answer your text or call while I’m driving, thrifting, reading a self-help book, hunting for Fiesta Ware, getting a tattoo, adding a Nora Fleming piece to my collection, listening to 90s rap, or working in my flower garden (because I'm a well-rounded human).
