Very caring and upfront, Brian Brooks has been in the mortgage industry since 2002. Communicating with his clients every step of the way, he makes buying a home exciting.
Since entering the mortgage industry over 19 years ago, Brian Brooks has helped over 3,000 families pursue their dream of homeownership. As the new Fredericksburg area manager, he’ll expand Atlantic Bay’s presence in Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties, ranging from Richmond to Northern Virginia. In addition, he’ll assist all types of homebuyers with their mortgage loans.
As a former member of the military, he specializes in helping retired military and Veterans. He says, “I love to help our Veterans. I’m with them every step of the process. I truly care about my customers and their experience. I want them to be clients for life and look for me when they need financing for a home mortgage, not just for this one transaction. I care about their future.”
Brian has been a resident of Fredericksburg for 48 years and is very active in his community. He supports Habitat for Humanity, volunteer and adoptive fur parent of the Fredericksburg SPCA, the Chamber of Commerce, the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR), and the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA).
