Carrie Williams has been in real estate since 2000, working her way up from assistant to manager to mortgage banker, acquiring a very strong knowledge of all products. A large percentage of her clients are military families, and with both her husband and brother in the Navy, she is very familiar with their specific needs.

She has the distinctive perspective that every buyer is unique in how they learn. “Some like to read, some like to discuss, some like to research on their own. I try to understand how they would like to learn about the process and make sure I am meeting their needs. In this day and age of technology, it’s still important to have face time. It strengthens trust.”

Jeff started his career in the mortgage industry in 2009 as a loan assistant and quickly advanced to mortgage banker. He recently came to Atlantic Bay, bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to home buyers on the Virginia Peninsula.
