Mortgage Banker Danielle Miller joins Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group® with an impressive background in banking and mortgage lending. After working for a bank in college, getting married, moving states, working with a real estate agent on transactions and rental property management, and later transitioning to a corporate marketing role, she found herself feeling drawn back to the bank. When a mortgage loan originator position became available, she jumped at the opportunity and hasn’t looked back. Danielle has helped hundreds of families achieve their homeownership dreams.
She says, “I love educating people. Buying a home can be uncomfortable with lots of unknowns. I like to give my customers a road map upfront and explain loan products, the loan process, closing, what to expect after closing, and beyond. Effective communication and transparency with my clients ensure a smoother experience while alleviating any uneasiness about the process.”
Danielle volunteers for her church on the Praise Team and in the children’s ministry as a teacher, sponsors a child in Africa through Food for the Hungry, and donates spare time to REALTORS® Hope for Homeless. She serves on the community service and membership service committees for REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky. She serves on the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southern Kentucky. She enjoys cooking healthy meals, riding 4-wheelers, water and snow skiing, and baking anything chocolate. She spends time with her husband, Ian, daughter, Lydia, and son, Rhett.
