She currently serves as 2026 President of NAHREP Atlanta, where she leads with a strong focus on education, professional development, community engagement, and building meaningful connections between real estate professionals, industry partners, and the families they serve.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been recognized for her ability to connect people, develop relationships, and make the mortgage process understandable and accessible. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has dedicated much of her professional career to helping multicultural and underserved communities navigate the path toward homeownership. Her industry background includes mortgage lending, affordable financing, first-time homebuyer education, and business development.

Jessica’s leadership extends beyond her local community. In 2026, she was selected to moderate a conversation with NAHREP Co-Founder and CEO Gary Acosta during Regional Connect: Southeast, discussing AVANCE Global, wealth building, leadership, and business opportunities for Latino real estate professionals.

For Jessica, leadership is about more than holding a title. It’s about service, responsibility, representation, and opening doors for others. She believes that strong communities are built through education, collaboration, and the opportunity for families to create generational wealth through homeownership.
