For more than 35 years, I’ve been helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. What began as a job in the mortgage industry grew into a lifelong passion for educating, guiding, and advocating for people through one of the most important financial decisions they’ll ever make.

One of my specialties is new construction financing, where I work closely with builder partners throughout North Carolina’s Triad. From selecting a homesite to navigating builder incentives and financing options, I enjoy helping buyers understand the process and confidently move from blueprint to closing table. Whether purchasing a newly built home or constructing a custom home from the ground up, I bring the experience and knowledge needed to guide clients every step of the way.

Education has always been at the heart of what I do. I don't just help clients obtain a mortgage, I help them understand their options, make informed decisions, and feel confident throughout the process. My goal isn’t simply to close loans; it's to build lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and service.

Those same values helped shape my daughter, Brooke, who has followed in my footsteps into the mortgage industry.
