A Message to our Communities:

Information for Our Borrowers

As we find ourselves in an unprecedented time with respect to COVID-19; Atlantic Bay wants to take this opportunity to let you know what we as a company are doing to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 to our employees, their families, and the communities we serve. First and foremost, we place the highest priority on the wellbeing and safety of our employees and their families.

With that in mind we have taken the following precautions in line with communications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, federal and state government authorities:

  • All of our employees who are in roles where remote work is possible have been encouraged to work remote until further notice.
  • Employees with children are working remote and receiving our full support as a company so that they can continue to work and care for their children who are home from school.
  • Limiting our on-site workforce to mitigate the risk to those employees who are reporting to one of our locations for work.

Although we are a company who thrives on interaction and engagement, we encourage our employees, industry partners, and borrowers to exercise caution in face to face interactions during this time. If you are ill - or caring for someone who is - we ask that you not visit our locations during this time.

If you have a loan in progress with Atlantic Bay, you can continue to expect the responsiveness that is a cornerstone of our company’s core values: putting people first. We are working around the clock to make sure that we still provide the care and consultation you’ve come to expect when you trust us with your home loan. As always, your mortgage banker will continue to keep you updated on the progress of your loan.

For more than 25 years Atlantic Bay has been dedicated to giving back to our communities. That dedication will continue through this time of uncertainty and in the months to follow. We are working closely through our AB Cares Division to reach out to community partners to understand how we can best help and support those in need.

We encourage everyone to stay safe and follow the guidance from the CDC during this time.
