Bringing Latino Culture Home

Whether food, leadership, education, or the arts, much of our country's culture has Latino roots. And when Latino borrowers put those roots into homes, they better our communities. La Bahia is Atlantic Bay's initiative to provide homeownership resources to Spanish-speaking borrowers this Hispanic Heritage Month, and every day. Bienvenidos!

Quote

In Spanish, "bienes raices" means a property that has roots. For a Latino family, a house is a place where family builds its roots. Buying a house is an emotional decision because their home is where they see their family grow.
