ATLANTIC BAY INTERNSHIPS

The Regulatory and Operational Compliance Intern will support Atlantic Bay’s enterprise-wide compliance efforts by assisting with research, analysis, and oversight activities across all lines of business. This role contributes to ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, agency guidelines, and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include conducting research on new and existing laws, supporting quarterly data reviews for regulatory filings, assisting with NMLS renewals and filings, and helping the operational compliance team with loan file reviews and Loan Estimate disclosures. This internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining regulatory integrity and promoting compliance excellence within the mortgage industry.

The Business Development Intern will gain valuable experience in both the internal and external aspects of supporting and growing customer relationships throughout the mortgage lending process. Daily and weekly tasks will vary, so the ideal candidate should be receptive to direction and coaching, able to make confident decisions, stay focused, and meet deadlines. The role will also support the Sales team by increasing productivity, completing key tasks, improving time management, and expanding the team’s marketing reach

The Graphic Designer Intern will gain hands-on experience creating engaging marketing and branding materials for both print and digital platforms. Working closely with Atlantic Bay’s professional design team, this role offers the opportunity to develop design skills, collaborate on creative campaigns, and bring ideas to life across multiple media formats. Interns will learn to balance creativity with brand consistency while contributing to projects that support company-wide marketing initiatives—all within a supportive and collaborative remote environment.
