In his current role, John draws on his extensive experience in the mortgage industry to drive sales initiatives and lead a team of Mortgage Bankers across the Northeast.
“With a long history in the mortgage industry, having held roles in secondary, loan officer assistant, being a top-producing loan officer, management, and serving as Executive Vice President, I bring a wide range of experience to my role. Atlantic Bay has positioned me to best leverage that experience, allowing me to focus on what I do best—driving production, leading a team, and delivering exceptional service to clients. I’m also responsible for maintaining strong relationships, keeping our team up to date on the market, and overseeing the overall client experience to ensure it’s seamless from start to finish.”

“Expanding in general can be challenging, but expansion must be strategic in this current mortgage market of higher interest rates, lower inventory, and burnout. Outside of work, John is a family man. “I’ve been happily married for 12 years, and we have two daughters, ages 3 and 6. My family is my greatest support system and inspires me every day.”
“My ‘why’ is my family; they are my greatest motivation and drive me to succeed every day. I truly believe that homeownership is the highest privilege and the greatest gift any family can have, and I am inspired by the opportunity to help others achieve that dream. There’s nothing more fulfilling than guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, knowing that I’ve made the process easier and more accessible for them. Being able to assist as many families as possible in attaining the stability and pride that comes with homeownership is what inspires me to do what I do.”
John is a massive fan of all Washington sports teams, especially the Commanders. “I also enjoy playing golf, even though I wouldn’t say I’m particularly good at it,” jokes John, and he’s even tried his hand at pickleball. “Cooking for a crowd is also one of my favorite ways to relax and connect with friends and family. I love traveling and, most importantly, spending quality time with my wife and daughters.”
