We’re excited to share that Robyn Zacharias has joined our team as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing more than 30 years of marketing and advertising leadership to Atlantic Bay.

In her newly created role, Robyn will lead our marketing, brand, and communications strategy as we continue to inspire growth, while staying focused on what matters most to us: service, innovation, community engagement, and lending peace of mind.

“Robyn is a proven leader who’ll elevate our marketing efforts and strengthen how we connect with borrowers, industry partners, and the communities we serve,” shares Brian Holland, Founder and CEO of Atlantic Bay. “Her experience and leadership further strengthen our Executive Leadership Team as we build on our momentum through the rest of 2026.”

One thing is abundantly clear: Robyn is a seasoned marketing executive with deep, hands-on expertise in brand strategy, campaign execution, and organizational leadership. For more than 20 years, she led a successful advertising agency, delivering strategic, data-driven campaigns across a wide range of industries, including retail, consumer goods, apparel, insurance, and financial services.

And throughout her career, Robyn has been regularly recognized for developing customized marketing strategies that resonate with audiences and drive real results. Her leadership earned industry-wide recognition, including being named Brown Edwards’ 2023 RVA Power Woman of the Year for Marketing. She has also led organizations recognized on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years, as well as honors from RVA’s Fastest-Growing Companies and the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s Best Places to Work list.

But beyond all her professional achievements, Robyn is deeply committed to giving back to the communities she serves – a value intrinsic to Atlantic Bay’s culture. She has held strategic leadership roles with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Elephant Auto Insurance, Ronald McDonald House Charities, YWCA, and Prevention Connections, and remains an active member of YPO.

Robyn brings a thoughtful approach to leadership and brand that aligns with how our team shows up for borrowers, industry partners, and the communities where we work and live. And if you cannot tell already, we are incredibly excited for what is ahead in 2026 and beyond as we continue raising the bar in an industry we truly love. Welcome aboard, Robyn!
