Leading an award-winning marketing team is a major undertaking, and Atlantic Bay’s Vice President of Digital and Brand Experience, Jessica Swink, does it with poise, passion, and genuine care. That’s why Atlantic Bay is proud to celebrate her honor for being named a 2022 HousingWire Marketing Leader.

On top of all of that, she also just received her Accredited Mortgage Professional designation through the Mortgage Bankers Association to better understand the world of mortgage lending and enhance support from a marketing perspective.


In her nearly five years with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, Jessica has grown from a Product Owner to the Digital Presence Manager, to the Marketing Director, and now to her current role as the Vice President of Digital and Brand Experience where she manages a team of more than 20 talented marketing professionals. She exemplifies Atlantic Bay’s core values of Inspiring Growth, Genuine Care, and Having Fun, and is an advocate for growth and learning for her team members and counterparts across the company.


With nearly 15 years in the marketing field, five of those years in the mortgage industry, Jessica has finely tuned her mortgage marketing skills—and everyone benefits. She has overseen the rollout of helpful new technology to a team of more than 325 Mortgage Bankers. She strategizes and achieves measurable results, and the company’s website traffic has increased more than 400% since Jessica began overseeing those initiatives. She also stays ahead of the curve in both marketing and mortgage industry trends, so her team is always prepared and informed. Simply put, Jessica makes it happen.

“For me, the biggest honor is actually being nominated by my team at Atlantic Bay for this award,” Jessica says. “I know I work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and for them to see me as a leader at this level is incredibly humbling and inspiring.”
