At Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group®, we work together, and we celebrate our successes together. That includes our entire team—from Corporate to Sales to Operations—plus all the families and new homeowners we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know for the last 27 years.  

That’s why we’re excited to announce that National Mortgage News (NMN) has named us the 2024 “#1 Best Large Mortgage Company to Work For.”  

It’s an incredible honor to find our name on the sixth annual list of companies supporting 500 or more employees. Such a lofty distinction reaffirms that our yearly efforts to lend peace of mind to the home loan process have positioned us among some of the industry’s best.  

In 2023, our team was awarded the “#1 Best Large Mortgage Company to Work For” and #2 overall “Best Mortgage Company to Work For” distinctions from NMN. And we were privileged to have earned the same rankings in 2021. Our people make the difference, creating a holistically inclusive culture that cultivates success and growth.

About the Award:

The Best Mortgage Companies to Work For Awards program is a collaboration between National Mortgage News and the Best Companies Group, which conducts extensive employee surveys and reviews employer reports on benefits and policies. The employee survey covers eight topics: Leadership and Planning; Corporate Culture and Communications; Role Satisfaction; Work Environment; Relationship with Supervisor; Training, Development and Resources; Pay and Benefits; and Overall Engagement.  

Following a thorough assessment of the organizations, the survey data was analyzed, and the companies received an overall score that determines their rankings. The overall score comprises the employee survey (worth 75%) and the employer questionnaire (worth 25%).
