The National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America, more commonly known as NAMMBA, announced its 2025 Top 100 Mortgage Loan Originators on June 1st, ranking high-performing originators across the country by total loan volume and total units closed. About the Award

NAMMBA is a nonprofit organization whose mission centers on supporting and empowering minority professionals in mortgage banking, expanding sustainable homeownership for underserved communities, and advocating for greater representation across the housing finance industry. The organization brings together lenders, real estate professionals, housing advocates, and financial institutions in service of a more inclusive market.

Their Top 100 program is one of the most rigorous production recognitions in the industry. Nominees must be women or minorities with an active NMLS number.

From there, the numbers do the talking. Originators submit verified production data, managers validate it, and the final rankings reflect actual loan volume funded and actual families helped. The result is a ranking built entirely on verified closings at scale, many of them representing tens or even hundreds of millions in funded volume within a single year.
